Irving? The Audi Roadside Assistance service can help. This service is
complimentary for four years on all new Audi models. Learn how it can get you back on the road in this guide from Audi Grapevine!
Services Offered
If you're stuck somewhere, there are several ways the Audi Roadside Assistance program can help. It's available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Available services include:
Battery jump-start if your battery becomes discharged while you're parked somewhere
- Emergency extrication service to help pull your disabled vehicle out of a ditch
- Emergency towing to take your disabled vehicle to a qualified service center
- Flat tire service to get you back on the road after running over a nail
- Fuel delivery service if you run out of fuel before reaching a gas station
- Lock-out service if you need help retrieving your keys
You can even use this program in the event of a collision. Your vehicle will get towed to the nearest Audi Authorized Collision Repair Facility or ASF® Repair Facility. These locations are qualified to perform body work on the unique ASF aluminum that makes up certain Audi models.
What You Need
When you contact Audi Roadside Assistance for service, it helps to have important information ready. They'll need:
Your VIN, which can be found on your vehicle registration, insurance card, or driver's side dash
- Identifying information about the vehicle that needs service: year, model, color, and license plate
- A telephone number that you can be reached at
- Address or nearest intersection where your vehicle is located
- A brief description of the problem to help determine what kind of service you need
You can request roadside assistance using the Audi Roadside App on your compatible smartphone. Otherwise, call the 1-800 number to contact Audi Roadside Assistance directly.
Additional Roadside Assistance Information
In some special cases, a service technician won't be able to make it to your location. This is often the case if you're on a state-restricted roadway.
In that case, the Roadside Assistance Center will give you authorization to get your own service. Keep your authorization number and other required documents handy: You'll need them to get reimbursed for any services you receive.
If you're more than 100 miles from home and your Audi can't be repaired in the same day, you may also be eligible for trip interruption benefits. This covers things like lodging, meals, and alternate transportation. That way, you can stay comfortable while a qualified technician works on your vehicle.
